My issue is related to a Hire Purchase that is still within the first 30 days.
i raised some issues within the first 14 days but was told that there was only one way of dealing with it- booking the car in.
unfortunately we are now past these 14 days and now I am being told by the finance department that my right of withdrawal was only the first 14 days- I was told 30 days by the salesman.
and now I need to return to the dealership who may still allow termination, but this dealership has to complete this request to the finance team.
(frustrating how 30 days is now 14 days but ? Still 30 days?)
Anyway, the manager is often busy and the salesman is now stating x, y, z was not agreed (little liar). So I am stuck with something that is not really what I signed up for.

anyone with any ideas who decides to reply would be a help.
