  • UKPCS Help requested please

I have received a poor quality letter informing me of a fine issued by this company.
Essentially it was parked outside of a hotel for 5 minutes to take some items inside and they’ve photographed the car and issued a £60 fine.
There was no ticket attached to the car.
Am I legally obliged to pay this?
    Many thanks in advance.

Have you complained to the hotel?
what did the signs, if any, say. Location of hotel?
    What is the alleged breach
time between event and receipt of letter

post up a redacted copy of the notice, both sides

P.S. It's not a fine it's an invoice that the driver agreed to pay for allegedly breaching the conditions of the contract they allegedly agreed to

Thank you so much for replying.
I didn’t know about it until returning home today.
I’m back there on Thursday so I will speak to the hotel then.
According to the notification- the breach was on Thursday evening and I received the letter today.

There are some blue signs outside in the courtyard, I can get a photograph of them tomorrow if that will help. I can also pay a photo of the letter.

      Thanks again.

I have spoken to the hotel and they say they have no control over the parking and permissions as it is not their land.
They have declined to help further.

              I’m at a loss now.
Many advice would be greatly appreciated
              thanks.
