  • Court not refunding me monies owed

    Hi there,

I recently had a parking ticket turn into a CCJ. I filled I the appropriate forms, paid £255 and went to court. I overturned the decision, and had my CCJ removed. The Claimant so far hasn't shown or responded to literally anything. When I met the judge and was told my CCJ would come off immediately I asked about the £255.sbs siad the Claimant had 14 days to respond and once the whole process was officially over, I would get my monies back. She siad it was because the claimainst could re issue the ticket and I'd have to pay some of it, and that would come from my £255. Basically I think she talked a lot of rubbish retrospectively.

However the t letter I got from court today after I chased it was that the matter was now closed. I'm owed no monies. And if I want my monies back I need to pay another
£255 and go to court. Bonkers.

    Can anyone help me... Desperate.

Afraind you won't get any different answer than what you've been told. Either pay another £255 to argue your point, or write it off.

Did you get an order from the court and if yes, what did it say?
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
