Came here because I have a s75 case and although I have presented my case, there is no straight guide that says fill this form and this one at this stage so I am getting a letter saying schedule of loss which I have incorporated in my brief. then i searched for online assistance and I came here.
A bit late but late than never I hope.

Hi SEANBW,

It's not quite clear from your post whether you require any assistance? If you do, then you will need to give us some more background information as I can't understand anything other than you appear to have submitted a section 75 claim (but still don't know if this is a court claim or a claim to the credit card company).
