    Hello i am new to the forum
    this question has probably been asked on many occassions but here goes

    i have been attempting to get lloyds bank to forward me a copy of the original agreement for a credit card debt i owe (£5078) pre 2005 lloyds have passed this debt on to 4 different dmc and each time i have requested the agreement from them. This has been going on for 1year 10 mnth the last request was on 22/11/2018 after this request i receive a letter from lloyds dated 28/11/2018 saying the had sold the debt on to intrum how do i stand now with regards to dealing with intrum.

    Just to add on to this post
    each time i requested a copy of the agreement to the dmc's they said they would contact lloyds for the requested information only to come back and say they have returned the account to lloyds
