    Newbie looking for help with BW Legal

    Hi I am new to this forum and looking for help. I received a PCN from parking in a pub which claimed that if you were in the pub then you didnt have to get a ticket from the machine. I received a ticket from Britannia parking which I failed to appeal ( I thought I had appealed but I am assuming that I didnt as I have no proof that I did). I now have a letter from BW Legal threatening court action if I dont pay them 145.00 within 16 days. Any help would be welcome.
