The financial ombudsman services ( London) decided in my favour in June 2018 against a financial firm.He simply failed to hand me money sent to me from abroad in June 2016.
The firm failed to respond to the ombudsman decision in my favour. , It became therefore open to me to get a country court to implement the decision ( as if the decision was taken by the court itself ) and retrieve the money on my behalf according to a particular parliamentary law.
The court issued an order for the firm to pay the full amount decided for me by the ombudsman. More than a month later, when I heard no more the court and upon sending them a recorded letter, the court informed me that the court letter to the firm was not delivered by Royal Mail and came back to court with a mark ( gone away ) . The court asked me, therefore, to take a legal advice. I am not sure who to ask?
