gap insurance

after my VT they try to charge my gap insurance what can i do about that thank you.

I think you will find your GAP insurance premium has been paid up front to the insurers.
that is why the finance house is charging you for it.
You need to cancel your GAP insurance.
If you are lucky they will refund some of that premium, but that will depend on the policy wording.

contact the insurance company directly and tell them you wish to cancel.

but the problem is i don't know the name and all is in one contract saying fixed-sum loan agreement.

Well ask whoever arranged the insurance for the name of your insurer and a copy of the policy which should include the schedule and should have been given you when the policy was effected.
