hi I'm new here my name emerson I've got a problem.

after my VT.
they send me email saying i need to pay 512.02 from paint protection and warranty.
when i bought the car all included in price i pay every monthly so what i need to saying to the finance company I'm worry about this.
I've got all the papers saying how much i finance thats was included the paint protection and warranty.
