tv licence enforcers

Hi there it seems as though this threadhasgone quiet since 2012. I would like some information on the present status of these "enforcers" and their right to access premises under warrant.aHjjHB

If they knock, refuse them entry - they have no right of entry & most importantly never sign anything they ask.
