  • Civil enforcemt claim form

Any help would be much appreciated. I have received a letter from county court business centre saying that civil enforcement limited are after money for a parking fine. The letter looks fake to me, it has no signature and a stamp that looks like it has been photocopied. This is the first I have heard of anything regarding a parking fine which apparently goes back to 21/02/2018. What do I do?

post it up here minus your name etc, one would not think such a fake would be issued on any court paper

The court forms do not look professional at all but if it has a claim number and a little round court seal then it's true.

Is this the first you have heard of this, ie there have been no other letters? Have you had a Letter Before Action? If there have been letters then post up the Parking CHarge Notice suitably redacted so at not to identify you but leave the dates.
