CFA introduced in 2013 but accident and this solicitor involved before the CFA introduction date and have been advising since and are main contact with MIB.
Now compensation figures being figured out, solicitor wants singed CFA.
Which law applies No win No fee as before 2013 or do we need to sign the CFA?
