Tm legal court claim form advice

Hello I have received a court claim form from Tm legal who ate acting for asset collections. Asset collections took over a debt I had for a £100 pay day loan in August 2013. They are claiming £294 now with court fees/interest etc. I really don’t want to have a CCJ on my credit file but also think it’s unfair how much the £100 has increased by. I contacted CAB who advised I could dispute liability as the original lender may not have carried it the appropriate affordability checks. I haven’t filled in one of these forms before and would really appreciate some advice.
