Hi Amethyst the right of way is on the title deeds of my property and the neighbours property. They have been provided with a copy of the right of way document which clearly states pedestrian and vehicle access at all times to owner, future owners visitors etc and they have acknowledged there is a right of way in place but they no longer want us to use it but it is the only access by vehicle to our house. Having looked on the garden law site it states form n16a (as suggested by 2222 -thank you) and along with n288, n208 and n215. I understand the statement of claim needs to indicate the civil procedure so it would be helpful if anyone has advice as to what this would be?
