I work in a high Street store in Scotland. It's a global company. What's the legallity surrounding a customer filming me at work?

So, as a scenario, a customer is disputing a sale that was made previously and starts filming the interaction without the sales persons consent.

Or, secretly filming a conversation with a staff mememe, without consent

Can someone legally film me in my place of work without my/ the businesses consent?

In a nut shell yes, the land is assumed a public place for legal reasons so that means you can not stop them filming. However politely remind them that this is private land and you will be removed if you do not stop filming.
