I have received a PCN 52JM at Calshot Street in Islington. According to the pictures they sent, I am turning right into Calshot Street and have never in my life entered a 'no entry/buses only' road before. Can someone advice me if they have challenged a fine for this location and the outcome of the challenge. In the pictures they sent, I can see some sign posts on either side of Calshot Street soon after I have entered the street but how would any driver guess that the street they are entering is a 'no entry street' unless the signs are posted before. I shall visit the location today to take some pictures. I have read forums for other locations in Islington such as Morris Place and many have won their appeals. I feel Islington borough is earning easy money from innocent drivers and this should not continue.

Hi and welcome
On Google Earth:
As you drive down Collier Street there is a "no right turn" sign on the left hand side of the road.
As you turn into Calshot Street there are signs either side forbidding car and m/cycle entry.
I doubt you have any valid arguments for an appeal if those signs are still there
