3 yers ago my daughter and her boyfriend were approached by a claims management company who were working alongside solicitors, to make a claim for holiday sickness she genuinely was sick and even had to get medication for the sickness, there has been hardly any contact and in September this year (after a year of not hearing from them) they sent my daughter and her boyfriend a bill between the two of them was nearly £16000 for which they said was discrepancies in their claim, I know someone who was high up in the claims management company and they are willing to be witness who told me they were not registered as I have also contacted the MOJ and they have informed me that the CMC where not and never have been registered and it was illegal for a solicitor to have been takin claims of this company, can anyone advise please?? Many thanks x
