  • Equitable charges on property trying to buy

    Good morning,

We are in the process of trying to buy a house which has come up to have several equitable charges on the property and our conveyancer is checking to find out if these will be cleared on completion for us.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for lenders to let the borrower now what their settlement figure will be.we have been waiting 8 weeks for these enquiries on the equitable charges to be answered.

    Thank you
