Hi I recently wrote to Audi Financial Services stating that I wanted to voluntary terminate my car finance on the 22nd March 2018; have received a letter today detailing collection and have a couple of queries:
1. The date of the agreement has been terminated on 10th October - where does this leave me with using the vehicle?
2. There is no legal/formal reference to excess mileage (I'm nearly 20,000 over the expected figure provided), only that the final bill will be sent to me and that if they do not hear from me within 14 days they will take the sum by direct debit. Should I now cancel the direct debit?
