Highview Parking - Christchurch retail Park

Hi I am new to the group - I appreciate any help that can be provided. We have been sent a Charge Notice by Highview parking in relation to an overstay in parking - the registered keeper was not driving the car - the driver held meetings in Costa & Subway & then left the car to attend another meeting without realising there was a 3 hour limit. The RK is now facing an £85 fine. Is there an efficient way to rebuff this. I have seen some posts re Highview before and Ostell VIP member appears to know his stuff. - How best to proceed please.?

You should also know that pictures of the redacted Notice to Keeper are also required, leave dates. Photos of the sign are also useful.

It's not a fine, they do not have the authority to do that, merely a speculative invoice.
