Hi there. New here so not sure if this is what I'm supposed to do .
I've just had a parking charge notice (pcn) notice to keeper (ntk ) letter from a company called excel parking services limited . I didn't actually have a ticket at the time of parking and to be honest I didn' realise it was a pay and display car park . My question is should I pay or can I ignore these people? Many thanks

In the meantime edit your post so that the driver's identity cannot be inferred i.e. refer only to "the driver".
Could you also post up a copy of the NTK, first of all deleting identifying details, as well as pictures of the parking signs.
With that info Ostell will be able to advise
