  • Hello - Major Problem with EON

EON broke into a property I am not living in three times, dispute the fact that there was an ongoing dispute and I was in touch with them. They did this despite the fact that they knew I was on the priority register as a registered disabled person. They had the address I was living at but neglected to send the 'warrant' letters to this address. They had asked for a meter reading and as I was not there I was unable to give it to them, so they said do it when you can. They added charges onto the 'bill' for visiting the property and not being able to get. They also charged me three different lots of warrant fees. Apparently they broke in to install a prepayment meter which they weren't supposed to do due to my health problems. I was searching for other problems with them and came across another member who also had problems and so decided to join. After a long time, they have now removed the warrant charges. However they changed the locks, and didn't tell me, and the locksmith no longer has the keys. The amount in dispute was less than £300.
