  • Builders on my land

Disturbed by building works since Jan 2018 builders coming onto residents land without notification, damaging vehicles from falling debris and cement. Been disturbed by noise which has been reported to Local Authority they have served Section 60 on the contractors, HSE were advised of Health & Safety concern and the builder was investigated & suspended for using an angle grinder to cut metal whilst standing in a skip that was full of wood & plastic! Now builders have removed the hoarding and have taken over our car park with building materials without our permission put covers on vehicles without owners consent. Optivo the housing association don't seem to care and have not done a thing to assist residents. Any advice on what action I can take would be appreciated.
