Hello. I currently have a court case pending with the above. It is the result of a claim they have against me from a parking 'fine' some 18 months ago. I overstayed my allotted forty minutes and was initially 'fined' £100. This has increased with every subsequent letter and I simply won't pay. It was dark, their signs were small and their site was in the overspill of a free car park. I knew nothing until the first letter came.

Subsequently I've read their terms...Apparently if I stay over 40 minutes our 'contract requires me to pay £100. I didn't see it, we have no contract. Searching the web, I see that many people have won against these crooks. Normally they don't turn up to court and the case is struck out. Does anyone have experience/advice in respect of this. The hearing is on 17th December 2018.

So what have you done so far? Where is the original PCN, where are the pictures of the signs? What have you put in your defence?
