My wife recently received a Parking Charge from Parking Eye at an Aldi store. Is there any legality to her having to pay this fine? Many thanks for any advice

Have you been in to the store and complained to the manager? With Aldi that is usually the first and best thing to do.

They can claim for the money but have got to jump through some hoops created by POFA and unfortunately PE usually do.
