Hi, I am new on here but need help. I have had letter after letter from Bank Smart saying we have breached our contract with them by not sending forms back. I have told them time and again that we have sent everything back to them over the last 12 years they have been dealing with our claim. Now we are getting demanding letters saying they will take us to court for money owed and take out a County court judgement against us if we don,t pay. I honestly do not know what to do next as we cannot pay the £500 they are demanding and it is really giving me sleepless nights. I honestly wish I had never heard of this company. Any help would be greatly appreciated
