Voluntary termination with motonovo

Hi new here so thanks for having me! I’m about to terminate my hp agreement with motonovo, I’ve phoned them to inform them of this and they seemed ok if quite helpful about it someone is to phone me back to sort out inspection of car. What happens then???

Hello how did you get on with your voluntary termination with Motonovo?I am in the process of it at the moment and they are coming to collect the car on Tuesday 01/10/19.
