hi, my son fell behind on his phone contract and was to pay a certain amount a week when vodaphone phoned him, they stopped phoning, he foolishly waited on their calls. Then a letter came from ccscollect wanting the full price of phone, contact and 100 £ admin charge £980 in total, he phoned and arranged to pay vodaphone £50 a week. First weeks came, money wasn’t taken of, he phoned them and was told if he paid 100 and something phone would be reconnected and go back to paying his monthly tarif, he done so, was reconnected and was told every thing was sorted and debt collection was sorted. Now we have another letter from ccscollect threatening notice of intended further action. What can we do . Ann

To access the form he'll need to enter the code WRT135.
As well as stating his query in the question box, he'll also need to quote "Legal Beagles".
