Judicial review against BCC SEN legal advice

Hi, after an unlawfully long wait to receive an updated EHCP, in particular to receive the RIGHT TO APPEAL letter from our LA (I've been asking for the RTA letter for 2 weeks now), I've threatened Judicial Review on to our LA, explaining I will take JR action this Friday (three days time), please can anyone recommend specific legal advice please. I am trying SOS SEA and IPSEA as we speak, but summer holidays means they are on a skeleton team. Thank you for any advice.

I'm not quite clear what decision you want to challenge, but in any event Judicial Reviews are full blown big bucks High Court litigation which if you loose the adverse costs could be huge. Isn't there an alternative open to you?
