Full & final settlement

Hello looking for advice please I have been paying off for years now have Barclaycard which has kicked me off payment plan back to "normal" card £130 which guess I'll have to swallow as is then capquest/NCO £80.00 capital 1 £250.00 would really like to get rid but want to know if it's worth trying full & final to get reduced? Any help appreciated thanks in advance

if not statute barred and paid it will still show on CRA file, for 6 years or 5 years scotland from default or last payment/acknowledgment
