Premier Park final reminder received - do I still ignore it?

Hi all, anyone had any dealings with Premier Park? Daughter has unfortunately appealed directly to them so they know her name and address. They have obviously rejected her appeal and she has now had 2 reminders (last one a final reminder). Do we continue to ignore or offer say £20 in full and final settlement and see if they accept that?

In the appeal did she indicate who the driver was? Was this a windscreen ticket or a Notice to Keeper through the post? If she is the keeper of the car then they would have got her details anyway from the DVLA.

Premier do take people to court, but not many. Here's some info about it.
