my step father became the executor of my maternal grandmothers will as at the time of her death my birth mother was in a critical condition after suffering a grade 5 brain aneurysm, this was in Jan 2014 and my grandother died in the March 2014. Due to my mothers illness and her long period of time in rehabilitation settling the will was not top pf my priority. I also rent the property i live in with my children from my mother and have done for over 15 years, both my mother and step father were aware that the property needed some maintence, but again after jan 2014 i didnt push the matter, when i finally started to insist on the repairs being done ie no working kitchen sink, toilet not working properly front door multi lock wont lock and more was told ok il get someone round time after time no one ever came, so asked for my inheritance 10% of my grandmothers estate to be paid to me and i would get necessary work done pay for it myself give him receipts so he could pay me back, was told he hadnt any money id have to wait. now at point where his solicitor is putting conditions on me receiving this inheritance hich are i leave the property in 30 days of receiving funds if not i pay back in full all inheritance. help
