Hi guys I placed an order online from a company call lightinthebox. Order was placed on the 04/05/18. It didn't arrive in the 7 days that it was ment to. I contacted the company and they asked me to wait 30 days as it was coming from over seas. Still didn't turn up contacted again was asked to wait another 30 days. Same again contacted them, now saying another 30 days. I've had enough of the rubbish asked for a refund but seem to have completely ignored it and asked me to wait until the end of the next 30 days. Which will be on the 02/08/18. Where do I stand with this and how do I go about getting my money back as I know it's not going to turn up. Many thanks in advance.

Raise it as a dispute with Paypal as they have a procedure for this - https://www.paypal.com/gb/smarthelp/...s-wrong-faq957
