  • Unable to access property to remove goods with full title

Afternoon, first post however been reading posts for a few years. Basic issue, limited company have full title to a generator on another person's land. It is proving difficult to arrange collection. Would a LBA be the correct start to potential civil proceedings? Any templates? What would be course of action? Thanks, Voggers.

    Hi and welcome

I would write and tell the party in possession of the land that if they will not make suitable arrangements for you to have access to gain possession of your goods, you would be applying to the courts for an order giving you access. Your application will include a request that they meet your court costs.
    Time limit 14 days.
For a court order to obtain access and take possession of your property use Application form N244 (https://www.gov.uk/government/public...ication-notice)

This response will bump up your post, and if I'm wrong someone will be quick to point it out!!

In the meantime, and in case it has a bearing on the matter, how come your generator (a large piece of industrial equipment or a small portable?) is on another's land?
