    PCP Mileage charges

    Hi all

    I have joined as I have recently voluntarily terminated my PCP deal at 43 months out of 49 months. This was due to a recent diagnosis of epilepsy and medically unable to drive.

    I have had an invoice for mileage charges and damages. I am fighting one of the damages and have not received an itemized bill of the damage, as when inspected I disputed one of the charges given. I'm happy to pay the the other damages as I agree with them. The total amount to pay with that is £260.

    The mileage charges is £430. I was over by just under 10,000. I want to fight it after reading some forums. Does anyone have any letter templates or advice? Many thanks for your time.
