Please could I have some advice from rob I'm thinking about voluntary terminating my PCP with VW Finance. I am currently 3 years into my 4 year agreement. In my finance agreement it states my 50% mark is £7,260.06 - to date and including my latest payment the balance left on my account is £7746.83. When I rang VW Finance they said the settlement amount is £485.97, or I can make a further 3 payments and then I can walk away from the agreement. If I were to voluntary terminate my agreement now do I have to pay the £485.97 settlement amount? My car is in excellent condition with full MOT-service is due though. Any advice or help would be appreciated as I'm finding this all a bit confusing. Thank you.
