The clue in the depth of the threat is in the words "we will consider...." in other words we can't do anything if you don't pay except threaten you by implying we may do something

so how many more letters will they send before they allegedly stop?? You've had 3, so possibly another 3, but it does vary
can they issue court proceedings and add court costs/fees to total and interest etc..? DWF can't, only ASDA, but they wion't
can CCJ be enterred? Only if ASDA go to court, win and then you don't pay within 30 days
can a bailiff attend my home? Not without a court order following a failure to pay a CCJ
can they seek a court order to recover monies from earnings with my employer?Only if they win a court case and you don't pay

i have ignored first 2 letters from dwf but this 3rd one has really shocked me..??..please can someone help with any advice much appreciated and thank you in advance...massive lesson learnt!
Sorry for delay in responding but have been out all day.

Don't worry about DWF and their letters which are full of bluster.
Their aim is to put pressure on and frighten you into paying.
They are good at doing that, as you are finding out.
Just keep ignoring them, and post up here if you are concerned.
It would be good if you could post up scans of your letters (remove identifying details) so we can keep up to date with their latest posts.

They should be to you. Best bet is tell your parents. They may be annoyed at first but will help you. Explain to your parents the advice on here is to ignore.

Occasionally it happens that peeps don't get the letters, but rarely.

Tell your parents... better they hear it from you before the letters arrive

You should start your own thread and explain the full situation e.g. how do you manage to steal goods worth over three thousand pounds from ASDA?
