I sent off CCA requests over a month ago and have received responses from some of my creditors saying they can't find or have requested the information, the remainder have either signed for the original letter and / or cashed my cheque. I've currently suspended payments with PayPlan and just wanted to know what to do now.

Am I safe in the knowledge that the debts currently are enforceable and I need not do anything?
