  • Unfair Claim Form from UKPC

This is my first post and would like to say hello and trying to get some help regarding some Parking Charge Notices issued by UKPC on private land. My believe is those claims are unfair so I haven't paid and now SCS Law on behalf of UKPC has just sent me a CLAIM FORM so I have limited time to appeal. Where would be the best forum section to explain my case? Thank you in advance

If this is a claim form from Northampton then you must acknowledge the claim using the information and password on the claim form. Put nothing in the defence. This gives you 33 days from the date of issue to send your defence to the court

The best section would be private parking companies.

You may believe that the claim is unfair but unfortunately they can be enforced, as you have found out, and any advice to just ignore is wrong.

Have you got the original letter received, the Notice to Keeper? If you have post it up with identifying details removed. Leave dates.

Can you tell us what the particulars of Claim says please.
