  • Dismissed For False Allegation of Verbally Assaulting A Colleague

    Hello,

I joined Legal Beagles as I have been dismissed from my job under a false allegation of verbally accusing a colleague. When I asked for evidence of the alleged incident, none has been forthcoming. I believe the false allegation has been manufactured to swindle me out of monies I'm owed. Any advice would be appreciated as I'm most upset as nothing of the sort has taken place.
    Thanks

What if any disciplinary policy has the company followed?

How many years have you been employed with the company?
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
