Hello Legal Beagles and all who use the site with hopes of finding solutions to current difficulties. I have come to this site to seek guidance regarding my secure tenancy that is now in the hands of Genesis Notting Hill and whom I believe has an agenda to get rid of people like me; older tenants who have been in their properties for many years. I have had constant bullying, theft and destruction by staff/contractors of this so called housing association. There behaviour and dealings with me has likened them in my mind to the Mafia and I now dread answering my door because of this. I have said more about this in the forum, so please read
