Summons for inventory and accounts

Hi I'm new here, thanks for letting me join. I want to get a summons for inventory and accounts, please can anyone tell me where I get the form (presuming that it is a form i need) as I can't find any info on how to do this anywhere. Thanks

Presumably you are an executor and one of the beneficiaries has obtained a court order for you to produce the inventory and accounts of the estate.

There is no particular form.
You need to produce a complete inventory of the estate goods, accompanied by a set of accounts showing how you realised the value, dealt with the debts and expenses and finally (if yet done) distributed the estate
