Apologies, I thought because it was relating to a similar incident it would have been ok to add to the bottom. I was using the bog off template you had suggested hence why I just added it to the bottom. To clarify I do include my home address and name on the letter when sending? I just had read on these forums not to include the personal details so had got confused.

You don't add personal details on the forum. How can you write a letter and expect a reply if you don't put your address in the letter?
