Hi a very stupid mistake was made and was caught shoplifting in boots was taken out the back by security and the police was called they done there checks and said no action was going to be taken got a ban from the shop and a RLP letter in post been worried sick as with no income what so ever still at school. Never done anything like this before. Is this going to stop me from Getting a job do i have to declare it when i apply for job. When the fine comes in what will happen to if cant pay it. Please any information greatful.

As Kati, do ignore RLP who issue these invoices (NOT A FINE) quite regularly.
This will have no effect on your life.
I am more concerned when you say you are still at school.
Can you tell us how old you are?
If under 18 did you tell Boots?
Did you tell the police?
If under 18 was there an Appropriate adult present when you were interviewed by the police &/or Boots?
If under 18 it is possible RLP will write to your parents if you gave your home address?
You might want to consider telling your parents in advance.
