A little employment problem here the company i work or worked for were given notice of contract termination and i was supposed to be transferred under tupe but they refused to release my contract sayng i would have to resign my position before i could continue to work at the company i worked at.
Since then i have now not worked for 3 months as they were not given me any shifts to do i had to live off my works pension when i took early retirement from a previous employer.
i have just taken a job with another company as i am assuming i was no longer employed need to know where i stand regarding getting a new job
