  • hello I'm Woodworm

I am to be taken to court by VCS for having an accidentally partially obscured valid (date showing) parking permit for parking in the car park outside the Guinness Property flat I rent. So far all my appeals and requests for a rule of common sence have been ignored. I fully expect I may end up with a debt plus costs for this which I feel is little less than extortion by assummed contract with VCS working on behalf of my landlord. Although this has not happened as yet I have recieved the court papers and returned notice that I intend to defend. At this point I am getting out of my depth and need some sound advice. I am 64 with multipule serious health problems and the flat I rent is designated for vunerable tennants over the age of 55. I am in reciept of both elements of PIP t the standard rate and hold a Blue Badge.

Get out your tenancy agreement and see what it says about parking
