Hi I’ve recently been working in Exeter retail park and I’ve had to park my van in there ,as a result I’ve received a few parking charges ie tickets from a company called premier parking as I’ve been working on that site do I have to pay these tickets?
    Thanks micky t

You have, no doubt, been working for one of the residents of the site. Get on to them and demand they cancel. Otherwise add the charges to the final bill.

Post up a sample of the PCNs you've received and a photo of the signs.
