Barclays FirstPlus PPI mis-selling

I have been reading forums at LegalBeagles on Barclays FirstPlus and it would appear that that my fruitless efforts to receive timely and relevant communication from them is not uncommon.

My case is a point of mis-selling PPI but their response is in respect of possible commission paid on the product.

Has anyone had a similar experience?
