Mortimer Clarke Solicitors CCJ help please

Hello everyone,

i received a claim form from Mortimer clarke solicitors dated 18/05/2018. they alleged i owe Ł4638.55 in a credit card dated 2013. i am stuck. i don't know what to do can someone please help? thanks in advance.
