Can anyone advise me. I was sent a notice of applications of statement of earnings 19/4/18 I filled the n56 and returned it 21/4/18. On the 27/4/18 I paid in full . Yesterday I recieved a court order asking for statement of earnings I called the court and was advised that they have not been informed full payment has been made . Today I was called to the office by my manager she has received a court order re statement of earnings. I was so upset and embarrassed. I called tm-legal I was told a pack of lies they admit it is paid . I got home and another letter this time notice of transfer of proceedings. I feel sick. They are causing me such anxiety I can't eat or sleep. What is the best course of action. is there a letter you would recommend ?
